A batik representation of Ganesha, the Hindu elephant god, showing his visage repeated in a pyramid shape above his physical head. At the top of the pyramid is Devi, the Godhead.
As Ganesha exists in the fullness of the dimensions, so do you.

The ten or so dimensions postulated by quantum physics have not been mapped, charted or otherwise defined as to their qualities. Certainly science has not addressed consciousness within these dimensions. But, fortunately, many non-scientists have done so. For millenia, shamans and mystics around the world have operated freely throughout these outer dimensions.
Across many traditions, there are commonalities of experience. Compiling these into a chart makes study of them more comprehensible to the Western mind.
Presupposition 9: There are four distinct realms of consciousness. Full quantum consciousness comprises awareness of all four. How these fall into the ten or so dimensions postulated by quantum physics has yet to be sorted out.
We live in a very exciting time when quantum physics and metaphysics are synthesizing to form a nascent subject of study: New Physics. Quantum physicists and metaphysicists have yet to come to any agreement; this probably will not happen until scientists get much further along in their process of experimentation and devise new technologies that will allow them to delve into the dimensions with their “scientific method” kind of quantifiable certainty. Very few of them even acknowledge that quantum physics has ramifications vis-a-vis human consciousness!
We are at the very beginning of a renaissance in the field of consciousness. Just as the great European Renaissance of 500 years ago was sparked by the rediscovery of Greek philosophy and logic, thus breaking the stranglehold of the Church and ending the Dark Ages, this new renaissance is being sparked by the rediscovery of ancient knowledge (knowledge held by shamans and mystics, safeguarded down the centuries) plus the paradigm-busting new field of quantum physics.
Visualize this chart as a pyramid, with the point at the top of pure potential, unmanifest, down to the solidity of space/time at the base. Just as you cannot separate the pyramid without destroying it, these realms cannot be separated from each other. You cannot remove the up from a room.
These are the quantum states of consciousness of shamans and mystics. They are realms that can be tuned into and for which markers can be established. The matter to knowledge ratio increases trigonometrically with each realm as you move downward to maximum differentiation.
To download a printable .PDF chart of these four realms, click here. I will continue to tweak this chart as my own studies continue. It has changed a fair bit over the five or so years since I first created it. New editions will be posted from time to time. [Current edition is 4/23/08.]
